Fundraising concert to raise funds for Murray Street facility

From 7 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, local band, the Blue J’s and Harris Thor will donate their time for an indoor concert in the Tri Cities Opera building to benefit the place local kids voted to rename “Sunflower Park.”

Tickets are $8 at the door — $5 for students with ID — for the fundraiser, which will feature basket raffles, dancing, food and fun.

Representatives from various organizations including for-profit, government, and non-profit will be available to speak with students regarding opportunities within their organizations. BU Students: The Federation Campus Recruiting team at Goldman Sachs is pleased to announce its Spring 2012 Federation Diversity & Women’s Conference!

The first day of this event will be held on Wednesday, January 25th, which will be an all-day information session outlining the different opportunities offered through the Goldman Sachs Federation. This will include speakers from the following divisions: Operations, Technology, Finance, Legal, Services, and Human Capital Management. Interviews for these summer analyst positions in these divisions will be held the following day, Thursday, January 26th.

Our focus for this event will be on summer analyst opportunities. This opportunity is by invitation only. The application deadline is Sunday, January 8, 2012 at 11:59 p.m. at www.goldmansachs.com/careers. Students selected to attend will be notified by the week of January 16th.
